The Evidence Week (SE) is a regional and decentralized festival of events. It was born in Peru as an initiative of the Peruvian Alliance for the Use of Evidence in collaboration with On Think Tanks. In 2017, the SE became a regional festival and, in 2022, it becomes co-organized by the Evidence Hub for Latin America and the Caribbean (Hub LAC).

Each participating organization has the freedom to organize their own events in the format they desire. This promotes and facilitates the participation of diverse organizations. Art exhibitions, interactive events, plays, or film screenings and videos that promote an approach to the use of evidence in public policies are welcome.

Participants, including policy makers, researchers, professionals, and other interested parties, can expect a dynamic program that includes lectures, interactive workshops, and thought-provoking panel discussions.
